In response to requests from newspapers for USSPI’s support in providing revenue for newspaper online sites, USSPI is pleased to present its interactive advertising initiative. This initiative will provide national advertisers with an easy to understand one order, one bill system to effectively place an online message to the visitors of newspaper web sites, in much the same way they currently place ROP and inserts in your print product.

USSPI will focus on bringing incremental revenue to its network of newspaper web sites. For the technology portion of the business, USSPI has formed a strategic partnership with Adtegrity.com. As our technology partner, Adtegrity.com brings not only the ability to serve premium online ads but also an inventory of stand-by ads, ready to be served to those newspapers that want to participate in this “stand-by” network.

USSPI has received requests from several of its larger national advertisers for suburban newspaper online information for 2008 planning purposes. Once you complete the enrollment form a representative from USSPI will contact you with any questions they may have about your application. If things are in order, you'll receive a confirmation email.

USSPI is offering a premium run of site (ROS) program for daily and weekly newspaper networks by DMA.

Movie Page Plug-in
USSPI has developed DailyShowtimes.com, a proprietary movie page plug-in with local data for theatres and show times. This content is provided at no cost to publishers in a qualified DMA. The movie page is branded with each newspaper’s group logo and also gives newspapers the opportunity to sell and create revenue.

USSPI has an inventory of stand-by advertisers ready to buy unsold space on your website.
